Rules for
Oral Presentations
- Presenters will be each allowed 8 minutes to present and 2 minutes for questions
- The first 2 slides of the presentation must contain the title, the authors and a list of the author’s possible conflicts of interest. Download the official ppt template in your profile page.
- Presentation must be prepared in “.ppt” format and must be loaded at the congress venue in the speakers preview room
- Everything you are going to present is under your responsibility
Rules
for Posters
- The maximum poster size is 90cm width and 90cm height – portrait mode
- During the poster session (Wednesday 7 March from 19:00 to 21.00) authors are requested to stand by their posters for their presentation
- The poster must be mounted on Wednesday morning (from 15:00) and dismantled on Friday h.12:00.
- Everything you are going to present is under your responsibility
