Context Primary fallopian tube carcinoma (PFTC) accounts for 0.3 – 1.6% of all gynecologic malignancies. In the Philippines, there is a report on a 73 year old who presented with dermatomyositis and on investigation led to the diagnosis of PFTC. We report the pioneer case of PFTC who underwent cytoreductive surgery with hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy in a low resource country in Asia. Objective To present a case on a patient with PFTC who underwent hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy with cytoreductive surgery. Methods We report a case who underwent abdominal surgery, with diagnosis confirmed in 2016. Main outcome The patient is currently alive with disease at 14 months. Results After a thorough search using PubMed and Herdin search engines and Society of Gynecology Oncology of The Philippines archive, it was the pioneer case of PFTC who underwent Hyperthermic Intraperitoneal Chemotherapy with Cytoreductive Surgery in Asia.
