P127. The prevalence of antinuclear antibodies (ANA) in AITD women with history of miscarriage

Aim: The aim of the study was to evaluate the presence of plasma antinuclear antibodies in autoimmune thyroid disease women with history of miscarriage Patients and methods: Antinuclear antibodies were assessed in 300 women with history of miscarriage. 69 women (group A) presented with the history of autoimmune thyroid disease (AITD) and 231 women did not suffer of AITD (control group).Antinuclear antibodies of were assessed in each patient Results: In group A, 46 women (66.7%) had plasma ANA detected. In control group 74 women (32%) presented with plasma ANA. Conclusion In women with history of miscarriage and autoimmunological thyroid disease ANA positive patients presented more often than in women without AITD.
