P182. Pregnancy and HLA incompatibility

The subject of present study were investigate indices of HLA antibodies titer with HLA-incompatibility pregnant women performed by microlymphocytotoxic method. The pregnancy were under the monitoring by obstetrician-gynecologist and a hematologist. The dynamics were produced antibodies titer determination. Particular attention was paid to indices of blood coagulation and correction of parameters. Necessary prenatal laboratory tests were performed for all pregnant women. Depending on the HLA antibodies and degree of pathology severity, all pregnant women were divided into 2 groups. Primiparas were 8(10%) women, multiparas:(72%). Proceed from obstetric situation and the dynamic of HLA antibodies titer reduction the best optimal method for prolong the pregnancy, reduce the most dangerous complications and the fetal loss syndrome, for correction of incompatibility nowadays used transplant skin graft of husband.
